The policy

5mins.co.uk is committed to reducing the problems of Unsolicited Bulk Email (‘Spam’). We only send to opted-in data as outlined below: Our UK Business to Business data is opted-in via our online business directory (https://www.5mins.co.uk) in accordance with The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 No. 2426 Regulation 22 for use by Emailmovers Ltd for direct marketing electronic mail.

As part of the sign up process recipients are made aware that their information may be used for future direct marketing emails along with the volume of emails they can expect to receive. Before they receive any direct marketing emails a verification email is sent stating the specific details we have on record for the recipient along with the option to edit, update or remove their details at any time. Any changes are fed back live to our database for updating.

We also send electronic mail for direct marketing purposes to recipients whose details have been obtained during the course of the sale or negotiations for sale of our products or services. Every electronic mail has an option to opt-out of any further mailings from Emailmovers Ltd.

Recipients are also sent regular emails giving them the opportunity to edit, update or remove their details from 5mins.co.uk. If they wish to remove their details they are removed from all future direct marketing emails from Emailmovers Ltd.
